1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and good8win ("good8win," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the good8win website located at good8win.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

good8win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the good8win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, consistent with applicable regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of good8win, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the good8win Platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the good8win Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You may also be required to submit government-issued identification documents as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your good8win login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. good8win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify good8win support immediately via live chat. good8win recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

3.3 KYC Verification

good8win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

good8win accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your good8win wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. good8win does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. good8win reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

good8win reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the good8win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees will be borne by the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

good8win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• good8win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the good8win Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games on good8win use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game provider.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on good8win's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. good8win's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.

good8win reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the good8win Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your good8win account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

good8win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings after logging in.

If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature, which will prevent you from accessing your good8win account for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the good8win Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of good8win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of good8win.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, good8win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if good8win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

good8win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. good8win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy

good8win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to Terms

good8win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, good8win will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the good8win Platform shall first be submitted to good8win's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
